Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
- Sign in to SocialStudio.
- Open Integrations in the dashboard.
- Find Facebook & Instagram.
- Select Disconnect.
SocialStudio will delete the stored encrypted authorization tokens and request revocation from Meta. Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram are not automatically deleted.
Permanently delete your SocialStudio account
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Account deletion removes your SocialStudio user record and associated connections, campaigns, drafts, scheduled posts, subscription record, and stored authorization tokens, subject to limited legal, security, and backup-retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
Remove SocialStudio through Facebook
You may also remove SocialStudio from the business integrations or connected-app settings in your Facebook account. Removing the integration prevents future Meta API access. You should separately delete your SocialStudio account if you also want SocialStudio workspace data removed.
